Students who engage in guided self-reflection become more confident in their values, beliefs, and self-worth.
Students who reflect on their innate talents, interests, and passions are clearer about the path they're on.
Students who have stronger social ties feel more confident, do better in school and experience better mental health.
We all want students to be successful. But more so, we want them to be prepared to lead meaningful lives.Â
It's not automatic, though, and it's not currently what school is prepared to deliver.Â
GET ACCESSSo they're able to make the right choices for the right reasons at the right time.
QUESTIONS LIKE:
Who are you? What's your story? What do you believe in? What's most important to you? What are your talents and strengths? What problems do you want to solve? How will you contribute to the greater good? How will you build authentic relationships?
That's why we give you the tools your students need to build the foundation for a meaningful life.
We offer research-backed, engaging, intuitive curriculum, training, and digital courses to guide students in finding clarity in life's most important questions.

GET ACCESS"I would recommend the YouSchool’s LifeScript course to other students because it really helped me understand what kind of person I want to become someday."
So we created a series of interactive courses (that actually work!) to help students find the clarity and confidence they need to make the right choices for the right reasons at the right time.
We get it- students are over-worked already. But we’ve found that getting them to start is the hardest part. Once they realize our courses aren’t lame, don’t feel like busy work, and in fact, are incredibly relevant to their lives because it’s about them- they jump in with both feet.
There’s never enough time to focus on everything that’s important. When you’ve got multiple kids in different sports and activities and school work and practices and games and tournaments and recitals and rehearsals…It’s too much! But the one thing we know is that time will pass, your kids will make decisions about their future and those decisions matter. There’s never an easy time to take a step back and do reflection work, but it’s the most significant priority you can make.
Maybe. But time is precious, and there’s a better way to figure out your life than by trial-and-error. What if you could’ve gotten clearer about who you are, what matters most to you, and how to construct a good life before you started to put it together?
We can't promise your kid will figure it all out, but the skills of self-reflection, thoughtful conversations about important life questions is critical to any kid making their way in the world.
Yeah, we think so, too.
The education system really started to focus on test scores and graduation rates back in the nineties, and they’ve squeezed everything they can out of it. Now, there’s a resurgence to put kids first and care for not just their minds but their hearts as well. We dream of a future where kids go through our courses every day at school as core curriculum- it’s just as important as you know how to make wise choices in life aligned to your own values as it is to write a five paragraph essay, wouldn’t you say?
Until then, we offer our courses to parents as well as schools. We charge money for these courses so that you have buy-in to get your kid to do the work and receive the benefit of self-awareness.
Besides keeping your kids healthy and safe, what else can you do to ensure they'll become happy and successful adults? With the time you have with them—downtime, drive time, meal time, and bedtime, what will YOU do to engage them intentionally?Â
Each week, we'll send you an actionable tip on how to engage more with your kids, whether they're 8 or 18.
